Pricing & Listing
- Pricing Analysis
Our team conducts a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using over 20 years of experience in the Chicago Metropolitan Statistical Area (PMSA). We’ll suggest a listing price, but the final decision is always yours. - MLS Listing
Once all of the paperwork is completed, we’ll list your property on the MLS—“the center of the real estate universe.” Under Illinois Minimum Service Law, we’ll also handle essential negotiations: receiving contracts, answering questions, and relaying offers.

Negotiations & Closing
- Negotiations
We communicate with buyer agents and any unrepresented buyers, present all offers to you, and provide professional advice on your next best steps. - Contract & Attorney
When you accept an offer, we send you the contract, including any disclosures via DocuSign for signature. If needed, we can connect you with our network of experienced real estate attorneys. - Inspections & Appraisal
The buyer’s agent will schedule the home inspection. Any repair or credit requests are handled by your attorney. The buyer’s lender will then order an appraisal. - Closing
We coordinate with all parties to schedule the closing and finalize the transaction. Thanks to our expertise and market knowledge, we help reduce stress and confusion—while aiming to secure the best sales price for your home.
